I reached out to them for warranty claim, and they told me its customer negligence without even inspecting the shutters. They are lying, there is no real warranty. I would go through more reputable Hunter Douglas companies.

Very unprofessional, felt rushed in everything. He was showing us features we didn’t want and ignoring what we wanted. He also mentioned that he can’t bring products in and out, so he asked us to meet him on the street. His arm was in a sling, which I understand. But seeing product out of his truck on the street was just too much. I asked him to slow down and show us what we want, and he started giving me attitude. James Michael lnteriors has helped me complete multiple projects. James and Jason are timely, attentive, and have excellent ideas. They understand my taste and have helped me make excellent decisions in projects ranging from 5000 + square foot homes to smaller condominiums. I would highly recommend them.

James Michael the owner is rude and unprofessional. In addition, one slider installed required corrections and the manufacturer promised to come fix and has not. I do not recommend this place.
