Jim is an exceptional jeweler and his pieces stand the test of time. Very durable, extremely high quality materials and absolutely gorgeous. Jim is very accommodating with providing information and photos as well. I just love all his work!

I wouldn't recommend having a custom piece done. Jim sent me a drawing that I loved, then made a piece that looked very different. For LOTS of money. When I expressed disappointment, he basically told me I'd learn to love it. There were no adjustments made, to the piece or to the price. I still regret the experience. If you like his work, pick something he's already made. That way there won't be any unpleasant surprises.

James has a special gift. We own many of his pieces, started with wedding and engagement rings. Now includes earrings, more rings, pendants and a large pink Tahitian pearl.

My family has been purchasing pieces from Jim for over40 years. I recently had a ring updated that was part of my mothers estate. I wear it with my engagement ring Jim made 40 years ago.
