Had to have a cyst removed from the back of my sinus, and he was dangerously clumsy with a long metal instrument that he was using. This was very scary, since he was putting it so close to the inside of my sinuses, near my brain. Very insensitive, and cocky. No communication after procedure. If you need an ent doctor, get anyone but him.
Dr. Merrell removed a tumor from the left parodit gland on my face, 1 week ago. This Doctor is the ONLY one who would do such a rare procedure AND take my insurance! I thought I might have to go out of state to find relief. And, I am so relieved!! Recovery is slow but steady, BUT that tumor, Its gone! His Staff is Exceptional, they took very good care of me.
Dr. Merrell & staff are wonderful easing fears and explaining procedures. Has a very good "bed side manner". Wouldn't go to anyone else. 1-24-20. Thank you.
