I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Mears Mazda Volvo in November 2021. The price paid for the vehicle was excellent as I was charged the invoice price for the car. However, in conjunction with the purchase, Mears Mazda Volvo sold me two Vehicle Protection Packages that they indicated were part of every new car they sold and gave me the impression that they were not negotiable. This is the WORST Volvo Service department EVER!!! No communication... conflicting stories... and an air of "let me get your money". Dishonest was the overall feeling I go from my interaction. Take your Volvo to Dallas for service if you can... and if your car is incapacitated TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
By FAR the worst Service Department I've ever had to dissatisfaction of dealing with. Their mechanic Chad Flournoy couldn't fix a simple noise, not even after my taking it in three times and spending over $2,000 on parts and labor. I told them I wanted to remove a very large and expensive part that they unnecessarily installed and put the old one back in, since it still didn't solve the noise issue.
