I was mildly concerned because of the unknown not having this appointment before. However the minute the door opened , all my concerns faded away! Before me was a group of smiling folks that instantly conveyed the feeling that they really were there for me. I knew at once that I wasn't going to be just a name on a chart in some file case. I was part of the team, lol.
Dr. McGregor was kind and positive.
While the staff were amazing, what was covered in the session was not explained prior to arrival. People should know going in what's on the table, ie drivers lines etc.
Not hurried, asked important questions, testing led to objective conclusions.
