Very frustrating when you are trying to become a new patient and you go through the whole application process, only to miss a call from him and he leaves a voicemail telling you he had some follow-up questions and wanted to talk with you and that he would call back later. He never called back, so you tried to call him and nobody returned the call. Only to receive a letter telling you that you should go somewhere else. Mind you the letter had your name in the letterhead, but in the greeting had a completely different last nam... read more
