Dr James Mcglown replaced my rotator cuff, that was the best thing that ever happened to me. He is one of the best in massachusetts.
This doctor had the door open during other people's appointments - I heard almost every single question and personal information of everyone who went before me. Definitely a clear and open violation of HIPPA. He never - in either appointment asked what level was my pain at - on that 0 to 10 scale. He asked me how I got the ankle injury at work and in the middle of me explaining how I got the injury - he cut me off and didn't listen - or even let me finish telling him - and he said it didn't matter. I feel like Dr Mc glowan is a big liar when it comes to giving a fair medical rating & he should not be used to perform IME exams for anyone he should be removed as IME doctor for using deceptive practice on the injured workers
