Dr. James and his medical staff are top notch. His office staff however, engage in loud talk about whites being in a black doctor's office. They try to run them off and otherwise make them feel uncomfortable.
Dr. James is very professional. He actually knows what he is doing. Most physicians run tests that you do not need. Not Dr. James. He's thorough also.
They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
