If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you’re looking for a place to actually move to, please save yourself the trouble of interacting with this apartment or any properties owned by this company. They will take your money, lie to you, ghost you, and waste your time. They also approved us, ghosted us, and then illegally rescinded our approval due to my roommate having a service dog, which they knew about prior to our application. The property manager is Capital T terrible. Extremely hard to deal with and gives people of color a VERY hard time. She gets a thrill from towing residents and guests cars but is the COMPLETE opposite when it comes to actually handling real issues within the building (maintenance, resident concerns etc.). If you want to deal with late responses, unannounced water shut off and constant harassment over things like parking. This has got to be the WORST place ever to live. Bailey enterprises. James manor. This place is horrible. There is LACK of communication they forget the shit they say to you and end up charging you extra . I'm trying to get the heck outta here but nope. The neighbors ran into our garage .. we cant even pack our things and place it in the garage. It's been 4 weeks... and no one cares.
