This company is extremely shady. ******* ****** and **** ****. Ive been running apartments for 20 yrs. I came in and immediately noticed fair housing violations that were mind blowing! They would change rules or policies depending on who was complaining, mismanagement of funds vendors coming in daily yelling at me about their past due invoices and zero communication w/home office. Wish I could give 0 stars!! The houses are falling apart and need fixing from mold, bug infestations and rodents!! And instead of fixing the issues they offer trash valet!!! Something is seriously wrong with these people the living condidtions of these properties is horrible and they do not care! They just paint over the mold and raise the rent! This is the ultimate of slumlords!
