Installed a tankless water heater in Brigantine. Great process end to end- fair price, great turn around and customer service!
My gas got shut off by the city as they said the pipes were corroded and unsafe. Jim sent his crew out quick and gave us the best service and a great price. My experiences with him is very good and I wouldn't use anyone else.
I made the mistake of calling another company for an emergency situation, and I will never do it again! Werner is the BEST there is! After 3 technicians from the other company couldn’t resolve the issue, I called Werner. Within the hour there was a competent technician at my house that solved the problem immediately. I could not be more grateful!
We have used Werner for many, many years. Yesterday our heat went off (temperatures were in the teens with "real feel" below 0 degrees). We called Werner early this morning and someone was here within 10 minutes and had the furnace working. There were parts needed to make sure it would continue working and Ron from Werner appeared with the parts a few hours later to complete the job. I could not be more gratefull for the quick, efficient service!
