Dr Taylor has been treating me since 1999. I drove down from DC to see him in his Midlothian Office (he's since moved to Petersburg). The first several months were for a specific intestinal issue. I returned to him dozens of times through the years for periodic treatment and fine-tuning. In 2012 he brought me back to health after I slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk. I went to see Dr. Taylor for a back injury. I let him and the office staff know that I needed confirmation that my insurance would honor payment before any treatment/xrays were performed. The office staff said they would get with my insurance during my initial examination to make sure my insurance would cover any additional costs. The initial examination/evaluation was conducted by the doctor. he said he be right back to do xrays. I assumed this meant he was checking the status of my insurance before proceeding.
