Staff was prompt & attentive to my arrival. Minimal paperwork! I was seen by Dr Muse quickly & he was attentive & answered any questions that I had completely & in a way that I could understand. Nurse was congenial & efficient

Treated by Dr. Muse because I had develop kidney stones which was very painful! From the beginning, during and after my recovery, Dr. Muse and his staff treated me with human relation care! Nurse is super. Dr. Explains things very well. In and out quickly.
Dr. Muse explained what was going on and what needed to be done to find the problem.
I would not recommend seeing Dr.Muse. He recommended an adult circumcision for me a few years ago and did not talk to me enough about it. I have had problems since and when I went back he said to give it Time like two years. It had been over two years and I’ve called the office back now and they won’t even let me see him bc I lost my insurance coverage. They will not even talk to a patient paying with cash if you don’t have insurance. The lady on the phone said “you should have come back sooner”
Appt for my husband was most helpful - diagnosis & recommendations were up front -- follow up apt was scheduled --- can't get into the Patient Portal - help please.
