I found Dr May to be great, he listens well and builds rapport with his patients. But encountered too much headache resolving a billing and insurance issue with his office. It has taken over a month to resolve the issue, which included being told multiple times I would be contacted by the individual who completes the billing for their office. Dr. May , hands down the best psychiatrist around.
So far, he has been fantastic. No other psychiatrist communicates like he does. You discuss things, he explains things, talks about solutions. An uncommon trait in this area, as far as psychiatrists go. A+++
