Dr Farmer was my knee surgeon when he was at Lewis Gale and I really liked him there. So when he went into his own practice here, I followed him for the second surgery. The surgery went fine although what I would normally see him at Lewis Gale for ( mri readings, 2 week and 3 month post op appts) was now passed down to this Brian person that although he is as sweet as can be, I was not happy that it wasn’t with Dr Farmer like I was used to at the bigger practice he was at. No one communicated with me until I called the front desk from the exam room. This the first communication I've had even after leaving without being seen. No one reached out. I'm happy your office is now running smoothly.
My first appointment resulted in not seeing Dr. Farmer but an assistant. My second appointment was cancel led without any prior notice after drive 45 minutes. The third appointment resulted in leaving without seeing anyone after 2 hours. I called the front desk from the exam room to ask if I had been forgotten. At no time did anyone stop by to explain, apologize or ask if I'd like to reschedule. I left without being seen.
Phenomenal Doctor! He takes time to listen to you and explain everything in detail. He is very caring and knowledgeable. A stand out doctor in the Roanoke valley. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
