No one communicated with me until I called the front desk from the exam room. This the first communication I've had even after leaving without being seen. No one reached out. I'm happy your office is now running smoothly.
My first appointment resulted in not seeing Dr. Farmer but an assistant. My second appointment was cancel led without any prior notice after drive 45 minutes. The third appointment resulted in leaving without seeing anyone after 2 hours. I called the front desk from the exam room to ask if I had been forgotten. At no time did anyone stop by to explain, apologize or ask if I'd like to reschedule. I left without being seen.
Phenomenal Doctor! He takes time to listen to you and explain everything in detail. He is very caring and knowledgeable. A stand out doctor in the Roanoke valley. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
Repaired torn hip labrum. He is efficient and no nonsense and I have no doubt even better equipped to help working out of his own practice. The entire practice has helped me get some functionality and quality back to my life. Would not hesitate to recommend his services. Thank you for your dedication and knowledge!
