I had surgery there on Monday to remove a broken tooth. I was very anxious and nervous and the staff and Dr was fantastic! It could not have gone better. I would recommend them to anyone
Dr. Ji was fantastic - very thorough, surgery was outlined with very clear communication, and very kind and patient. Nursing staff were also very skilled and had fantastic communication skills, and were very patient. Office staff were very pleasant and discreet when discussing information or on calls so confidentiality was maintained. Everyone at this office was incredibly skilled and professional - I wish all offices were as great as this one is!
Dr Ji is very good and explains current situation along with next steps in the process. I could wish all dentists an md were as thorough and detailed. If you have to use a maxillofacial specialist, this is your best option in Salem.
Took my client in to have her loose tooth looked at. Staff was gentle, and explained everything. Dr was amazing and took 2 teeth out. My client had no idea they were done already. It was that fast.
Not great, not a genuine experience from the doc and he is much too touchy feely with his patients which makes him very uncomfortable to be around. Please learn to be a professional and not a creepy doctor. Thanks
