I had the displeasure of having Mr. Dye as my court appointed lawyer. 75% of the time he didn’t show up for court, but when he did, he gave the worst advice. He doesn’t want to help people, he wants to make money and end the trial as fast as possible. The worst thing you can do for yourself or a loved one is hire this man as your attorney!

Mr. Dye did not perform in a timely fashion and gave poor advice to my son because he was not up to date on the legal statute in this case. The case dragged on for months. Make sure you read the contract good. If the prosecution drops the case without prejudice- there is a chance it will come back and you could be charged more. That happened to us.
