This firm cost our business' and us so much money. My heart is racing even writing this because of the rage I feel. They assured us they would get the filing in on time even though they had a late extension and still missed it. The jokes on us because it never happened and now we have a late filing fee from the IRS for $$$$. Horrible communication and the front desk wasn't friendly either. I never liked speaking to her. Jim and his staff are very professional and truly care about their clients. I've known Jim for many years and to say that he is awesome is an understatement.
Had a decent run with this firm for several years. When your taxes are easy pay the fee and your returns will get processed in time usually at the last min. That is fine always meets the deadline. When you grow and need more LLC Management, out of state, personal taxes, you may want to look elsewhere. When mistakes are made it is the “client” who needs to resolve you still pay all the fees but get no assistance in the resolution. Worst CPA I've ever had. I've never felt so neglected. Ignores emails, rarely returns phone calls, and they completely forgot about filing my 2020 taxes. Bad attitude to boot. Stay away.
