He didn’t call before he came. I was in the middle of lunch. He broke my anti-que cane said he didn’t do it on purpose. He drained the water tank on the basement floor, mixed it with cat litter. It was around grounded into his shoes, and then enter the stairs up the stairs into the back hall. When I told him about it, his reply was oh well.
We've had both Jims do plumbing work at our home over the last year and we've been so pleased. Jim Jr installed our hot water tank and fixed a leaky hose bib in our backyard, and Jim Sr replaced our leaking main shut off valve. They have been very prompt, courteous, considerate, and reasonably priced each time, and we both recommend them to others and will continue to use their services ourselves in the future.
