I love Dr. Liu at Spectrum Eye Physicians ! He is so easy to talk to, very sweet, explains everything extremely well, great bed side manner. The front office is extremely sweet, and caring. The front waiting room is extremely clean. All the exam rooms are extremely clean also! Dr. Liu is a wonderful doctor to see. I definitely recommend this fantastic doctor. Patricia Hallquist
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to give others a heads up. I came to this office for a glaucoma exam and left extremely frustrated with the lack of cost transparency. Before scheduling the appointment, I provided my insurance information and asked multiple times for an estimate of my out-of-pocket cost. I'm so glad I picked Dr. Liu, he is great he explains everything to you as I had my cataract surgery. He doesn't rush you at my appointments, I can see way better now as I'm so happy, the staff also is very nice and helpful, I had no issues, great job to everyone, I would recommend Dr. James Liu to anyone..thank you so much.!
