Where to even begin???? I was referred to Dr. James by my dentist, who felt replacing my ancient veneers was “too complicated.” I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a Prosthodontist! Was amazed at how in depth my consultation was, and loved her instantly. Instead of taking my $$ and slapping on new crowns and veneers, she gently suggested that I should consider a much more complex treatment plan, including double jaw surgery. This office is truly amazing! The level of empathy, efficiency, kindness and expertise from Tanya was incredible. My 97 year old Mom's lower denture was broken in 2 pieces and Dr. James was able to evaluate that it could be repaired rather than replaced. It was sent off to their lab and my Mom had the repaired lower denture back in her mouth the next day. They turned a very tough situation into a pleasant one!
I confidently say, I am an experienced patient of many things dental work! Due to a car accident caused by a drunk driver 40 years ago, I sustained facial and dental injuries. Lost most of my upper teeth and bone as a result. So I have had many interactions with all fields of dentistry over the years.
