Doctor James Lin is excellent doctor who is very confident of his medical skills and I agree wholeheartedly. As for his support staff I think they need retraining in patent medical records preparation and release. There was one big ball of confusion this visit as to the accuracy and the availability of my CURRENT visit. it was like talking to a wall until Nito intervened and saved the day. All in all I give VR thumbs up but hopefully they can improve their support staff.
