Aaron was our driver, I didn’t realize that racing was part of the package, he almost missed a stop sign and ended up with the front of the car sticking on HWY 60, ran about 72-75 MPH (the posted speed limit is 55) down HWY 60, once we got on the 295/64 I think we had a constant 79-80 weaving in and out of traffic. Did I mention he was also texting....I wasn’t planning on leaving a review until I dealt with the wonderful customer service after calling for 4 days to inquire about why I was getting charged for 4 hours of servi... read more

Our pricing, is the trip time used and the travel time to/from your pick up and drop off location (Lanexa)so the extra hour you were charged is the travel time. We had a great time with our James Limousine trip! Joyce was our driver and she was fabulous!! The limo was clean, and this trip was a silent auction donation for a Relay for Life event. So glad that James Limousine helps great causes throughout the Richmond region!!

I highly recommend James Limousine and in particular our driver and his assistant (sorry I cannot find the names). We had over 20 people for a Tacky Light tour - with ages from 2 to 95. This was for my mom's 95th birthday. Every need was anticipated and fulfilled. He made sure to let my mom see the lights since she could not get off the bus and asked when we needed bathroom breaks or to adjust the schedule. Loved this company. Great phone service, easy to book, and on time! I used them for a group day of touring down in Charlottesville last Saturday and all was perfect, and the driver couldn't have been better. We made modifications to our planned trip, and even extended the length on the back end - the driver had no issues at all.
I highly recommend this car service company. Nice Job!
