Great bed side manner. Very understanding.
If I could provide zero stars, I would. Dr Lau and his receptionist Emma are the rudest, least helpful service providers I have ever encountered in any country or medical system, ever. Dr Lau refused to accept a referral from my physician despite the condition being clearly within his area of expertise. Any positive reviews shown on the Providence web site are not to believed, as they are selected by Providence (and you cannot add to them online).
