Stay away!! They said a procedure I had was not covered by my insurance and billed me for the procedure. They also billed my insurance company for that procedure which insurance company paid. Have been waiting months for refund. Keep giving a b.s response when I make my weekly call to try to get my refund. And….. they keep trying to sell me a sleep study.
This man was my dentist for a few years and never once numbed me for fillings or even offered pain management. I didn’t realize that wasn’t normal until today when I had fillings done properly at a new dentist. He also gave me a 30+ minute sales lecture on a procedure that would’ve increased the amount of dental work I needed over time. Be careful with your insurance, too. More than once they performed something that wasn’t covered without informing me.
One star just for the Hygienist! Dentist told me I needed a crown immediately or else I would need a root canal, which was completely false- there was absolutely no decay under existing filling. Also discovered he was charging my insurance company for X-rays that were never taken! Also requested they send a “Pre-Authorization reguest to my insurance company 3X which they never did. Do not trust this office! Shame on you Doctor! You give dentists a bad reputation!
