Very unprofessional, it's one thing to disagree that I have a case. It's completely another thing to ask me to hold after asking me to explain, only to hang up on me without any indication of the intention to do so. This was a matter of great personal distress, and to treat someone unfamiliar with these processes with such lack of tact is truly lacking in business acumen as well as personal empathy. I can't speak to the practices of Mr. Katz but I am appalled at how I was treated. Absolutely do not recommend.
