The Doctor spent a good deal of time explaining the procedure and how it is similar and different from alternative knee surgeries
I went to Dr Lee to inquire if I was a candidate for jiffy knee replacement. His office is modern and very clean. Front desk staff was courteous. Check in was easy. Was brought back into the exam room within 5 minutes of completing my paperwork. Saw his PA Michael first. Michael answered a long list of questions I had prepared, patiently. As soon as he was done, Dr Lee came in and introduced himself. Asked us to please call him Jim. That was a first. I am an RN and very few doctors are that down to earth.
