terrible customer service in fact they don't want you as customer never answer phone they take it off hook and leave it off only to find them bsing with each other when you walk in instead of answering calls have a very limited parts supply so you don't find out that they don't have your parts till you drive all the way to them then the are just rude if you take a item for service they cost more then any other small engine repair facility just buy your parts online better service and faster then these guys or try another sma... read more
I would not go anywhere else. These people really know their stuff. I would be lost without them!
Love to go there, they are so helpful, and they have great costumer serivce to me when I drop off the equipments that I take to there shop. Keep up the great work, y'all! :) Happy Fiesta!
The review by S Martin has several flaws, we were only asked to install a chain, and that's all we did, there was no need to start it and she only pd for the chain. If the saw was only 6 months old, it would have been covered under warranty, why would I charge her a fee. S. Martin also reported us to the BBC, Which after investigation, was found in our favor. If you do not know much about small engine repair, this is the place where more than likely you will pay three times the amount of what you lawn mower, weed eater, chain saw, etc. It will cost you a high dollar. You can state what the problem is, but by the time they get their hands on it and check your equipment out it will have several other things wrong with. Casper the ghost breaks your equipment at this location and you get to pay.
