Have done a bad job for me on my prescriptions. While a doctor is allowed to change your medication without telling you or apparently have nurses turn off your medication without speaking to you. I find this to be terrible practice. No one is answering the phones when you call. They put you on call for 24 to 48 hours while you are at work for a call back. Dr.Hornsby never listens to my needs and seems to have a preformed personal agenda for each visit that does not correlate with my medical needs at the time. Communication with him and his staff is virtually impossible as they never respond to voice messages or messages left in My Chart. It is amazing to me that a practice could be so poorly run.
He's a wonderful dr and his staff are great too
