Doctor Patel is very gentle, professional, explains well and thoroughly and is kind overall. The rest of the staff are all of these things as well and I have felt very comfortable at all of my appointments. I recommend this dental office to everyone.
Ever since she took over Dr. James Lai's dental practice upon his retirement, the care that I have received from her has been as good or better. She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in her work. I had a dental implant that had come loose and was outdated. Dr. Patel completely turned it around. Today was our first appointment with Dr. Patel.. I went with my son and we both were very nervous as always when we go to dentist.. when we came out , my son asked me mom why didn’t you bring me here before this one was my best dental experience ever. That just made my life easier since I don’t have to convince him for weeks to go to dentist. I myself had a very pleasant experience, the whole team was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Patel & her staff were extraordinary nice & polite. I had only 2 visits with them. Already love the way I was treated , will highly recommend Dr Patel was very knowledgeable & pleasant.
