When you visit JLW, you see the beautiful facility, the original art, the professional interior design and gardens, and yes, the upper-end appliances in the kitchens. When you stay a while and watch, you see excellence in the small things: the gentle touch, the attention to needs, the respect and love for everyone here. These are the things that truly set this special place apart. What a blessing it is for my husband to be here, among those who really do care, from their hearts. I am grateful to all of you!
It is very clean and the staff is very nice and caring.
My dad has only been at James L West for a couple of months but so far it's been great for him. Everyone is so professional, kind and caring. I feel like he is in great hands! It's a beautiful faculty as well!
