Ms. Harding is so very unprofessional, not sympathetic to our family’s needs, literally LAUGHING and rolling her eyes at us all. Our sister just passed away and they have not shown any kind of empathy towards any of us. I HIGHLY do not recommend this facility to ANYONE! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!
RecommendedThank you for taking care of my Uncle Michael Pues. compassionate staff, had my uncle cleaned and groomed daily, checking on him often. He was well taken care of in his last moments on this earth ❤️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.
My father was cared for there for 3 1/2 years until his death. Very caring staff. He was one of the residents in the first couple of years of the Center's opening. Dementia is a devastating disease and caring help is such a necessity.

The love and care from all those employed at JLW is quite a beautiful experience! From the kitchen to the educators and all in between- their passion and abilities shine through! Such a wonderful place to work!
