This man is horrific. I’ve experienced the founder of this company, James (or Jim) L. Roberti cuss out and berate a 17 year old girl working as a host at a restaurant for asking him to wait 5 minutes for a table after he was late to his reservation. He called her and another host names, swore at her, demanded she was fired, and listed off different members of her family that “must hate her”. This corrupt man had no shame. He is the epitome of entitlement and nastiness.
I have had a wonderful experience with Atty Eaddy. He explained the process, listened to me and then effectively represented me in court! My case was dismissed! Thank you, Atty Eaddy! You helped a scary place not be so scary for me.
Jim went out of his way to make our experience with him convenient and enjoyable. He continues to be very responsive and helpful with all follow up questions that have surfaced. I would definitely use Jim again in the future.
