Seems very nice, explains condition and option.. The nurse, Sue was very pleasant and called me back to check on my situation. I only will use LVHN Allentown doctors
The nurse at this office , Sue, is arrogant, overbearing, rude and extremely unprofessional. I was belittled and spoken to like a child and when I finally decided to stick up for myself she hung up on me. Horrible experience, this woman has zero people skills and no patient requiring specialty care deserves to be treated in such a horrible manner.
