Dr Edwards took time to address the concerns I had and communicated with me options available as far as figuring out the source of my health problem.
Fine, quality care!!! From the nursing staff, reception and Dr Edwards, everyone was top notch! I cannot compliment or praise sufficiently enough!!! I'd recommend this practice highly!!
all in all a good experience and every thing went well. had to wait a bit longer than was comfortable to get the surgery started
I liked the nurse how checked my in. I think he said his name was Kim. I liked the speed that I was seen-pretty much on schedule with no long waits. Like the speed of the checkout. Don't remember the procedure.
The experience was fine. I had another appointment in 1 hour 20 minutes on another floor in the same building and they made sure I was out in plenty of time. Dr. Edwards is great. He was so fast coming in and out that the last few times I had to ask the nurse if he was finished with me. He never says goodbye, see you in 6 months, etc ... just I'll get the nurse so she can schedule your colonoscopy or whatever.
Dr. Edwards and his staff are very professional and I am glad to have them as part of my overall health team. My recent experience with an Endoscopy was a good one...all went well and was given a great report! The staff at the Endoscopy Center were all very attentive to my needs and helped this procedure go smoothly.
It was a good experience.
Very good experience with no post appointment problems or issues.
