Absolutely horrible individual. Did not do an exam whatsoever. He pulled up my information from my chart medical records from my previous visits & yet he still got everything wrong and incorrectly noted my medical records for my ER visit. No to mention he lied in his visit notes as to what he asked and lied documenting my answers! He has no business treating people especially in the emergency department!
