I'm not very happy with the service I spent eight days in the hospital and I'm suppose to do a follow up with kozelka and I have tried five different times and left messages and they have not got back with me so I don't know what I'm going to do

Completely dismissed my concerns and has now labeled me with somatization disorder, which is going to further complicate my medical journey.
