Dr. Kozelka is an amazing medical provider. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me get an improved quality of life despite having migraines. NP Leslie listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about her patients. She's a sweetheart. MA Barb is always so kind and helpful. A wonderful team, indeed.
Dr. Kozelka was very attentive and inquisitive about my husband's situation. He treated us both with respect. He has an awesome bedside manner. He explained everything, he showed us the MRIs and what to look for on them. He took his time & never made us feel rushed.
I'm not very happy with the service I spent eight days in the hospital and I'm suppose to do a follow up with kozelka and I have tried five different times and left messages and they have not got back with me so I don't know what I'm going to do
Not on pothole. I would like to be able to read about my results. I have suffered years thinking i had Parkinson after being told by Deanna Huss said I did and left the room with out telling me
Completely dismissed my concerns and has now labeled me with somatization disorder, which is going to further complicate my medical journey. I had such high hopes you would be open minded but you have just further screwed me. Thanks so much! Have a wonderful life, hope you never experience the “somatic” pain I’m feeling.
