I borrowed a Bear Track trailer from my friend to haul my SXS to Jamestown. It was light and easy to move around, as was the two piece ramp. Hauled the SXS easily and trailed like it wasn't there. Liked it so much that while I still had my SXS on the borrowed trailer, I went over to James Kota and purchased the same trailer to pick up when my SXS was done. Deal was done in less than a half hour. By. Price was fair.
The website did a nice job showing me the available options and helped me narrow down my search. Rick was awesome to deal with and got me all the information I needed to make a decision on one of their many trailers. I worked with Bill when I went in to purchase and pick up the trailer. Bill had the sale written up and the trailer hooked up very quickly to get me on my way. Both Rick and Bill were easy to work with and I'll be back when I need another trailer!
Contact them about a trailer. Went through the process, which took longer then expected. Got the purchase agreement "bill of sale" and was ready to settle on the trailer. Come to find out they sold it. No call or text, which is how we were communicating. They stated that a similar trailer would arrive at unknown date. After waiting 3 business days I called them back to find out i would have to spend $1500 extra for a trailer that didn't fit my criteria. I don't feel confident in dealing with them again.
