I tried to pick up my car from valet tonight and had an absolutely unacceptable experience. Eric, who was working the garage, refused to unlock the door for me. I called four times. The first two times, I watched him walk over, look directly at the phone, then sit back down and ignore it. The next two times, he didn’t even bother getting up. Finally moved out of this building and can say this is the most condescending and rude management I have ever encountered. The front office, especially Kathy have been the worst part of living here, we were scared to even ever ask a question.
Management is horrible. Rude and unprofessional.
This place has not only incredibly condescending management, but they clearly will not believe you even if you have a serious issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
