Today was a first in many ways. My 1st appt with Dr Kerner. The 1st time I've been berated by a medical assistant and the 1st time I had to wait out a dust storm on the entrance ramp to I10 for 3 hours. The worst of it was the treatment by the young girl that works for Dr Kerner. I realized as I was waiting and talking with another patient that we both had a 9:15 appt. We have had a wonderful experience at Dr Kenner’s office. Dr Kerner is knowledgeable and personable. Adelina, at reception, is a joy to interact with. She smiles and goes the extra mile for her patients. She straightened out a medication problem by making sure the information got to the right person in record time. This office is well run in my opinion.
