Spoke with Jason who agreed to help with my case. After gathering & sending the information requested, he replied that he would take a look by the end of the day. I never heard back. I emailed him 3 more tokes over the next month and a half to check in, and relieved no response, even the email asking if he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take my case.
