Was needing some roofing repair and had used James Kate Roofing previously. I was so impressed with Dylan the person that came out to repair my roof. I used James Kate in 2021 for a full roof install. After recent storms, some shingles had become dislodged. I contacted them to see if the warranty covered the issue. I contacted Mike at the number from 2021. He was as affable as he was in 2021. He came and inspected the next business day and a repairman came 2 days later.
