Update: Returned to Hafke for a new problem. Gabe was great! Super patient! Explained all our options and answered all our questions. Hafke is the best! ------ Problem that existed for a long time was resolved by Alan in just a few minutes. He was persistent and so professional! Highly recommend!

My contractor reached out to this plumber for some last minute p-traps and minor work ($300 ish). He never discussed payment with the contractor. When he arrived he refused to talk dire tlt with my contractor even though I kept saying "they hired you." He did the work the asked me to pay. I had already paid the contractor for this work and told him they were paying him. Roman B. What a great guy! Thank you Roman. I appreciate you. As a small business owner, I know when I send a technician out to someone's home to provide a service, that technician is the face of my company.
