Roman was awesome prompt service. Called at 8:30am and came out at 9:30. Diagnosed the issue and several others. Reasonable pricing. Great, friendly and knowledgeable. All around great experience.

Called this service to diagnose a leak. Plumber showed up promptly. His assumption ended up being incorrect about the leak which is forgivable. The problem ended up being simple, only a leaking filter line to the ice maker. The quote to repair was over $1000. I requested multiple times to speak with someone to clarify/explain. Most went unanswered. When I finally did speak with a receptionist she said would leave a note for the plumber/supervisor to contact me, which has not happened.

I had an under slab leak between my kitchen and bathroom, I had used Hafke plumbing service before and I called them again for this . They came out promptly and sent Matthew to do the repairs,He did a Great job and wasted no time. Left my house clean and a job well done 🙂

This is the second time we have used Hafke Plumbing. First was to replace our water heater and this time for a number of miscellaneous repairs. Our professional technician was Austin and we were very pleased with him. We gave him a “honey do list” and he reviewed everything, provided us with an estimate and immediately got to work! He was very thorough and professional. Once again, extremely satisfied and will certainly use Hafke Plumbing again when necessary. Thank you Austin!
