Four years ago I went to Dr. Day for some dental work. When the work was complete I asked if my balance was paid in full because I would be moving home to Oregon soon. I was told that it was and left a forwarding address. Months later I received a bill for nearly $200. I called and asked about it and was told that it was an insurance issue that was being resubmitted and to ignore it.
