KRYSTAL WAS AMAZING! This was my first visit at this salon and I will absolutely be returning. Her professionalism, kindness and of course, extreme talent were amazing! Thank you for making me feel like a million bucks!
The staff here need to work on their people skills. We have been loyal customers here for a while, but my daughter was humiliated the recently. During her appointment, the stylist noticed that my daughter had lice, which was a surprise to us. Unfortunate for sure, but the staff apparently had no training and reacted by embarrassing my daughter and telling her ‘they need her to not be there right now’. Lice happens people. Zero compassion and zero tact. We will not be returning.
I saw Faith for the first time and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable right away, which can be hard when you’re going to a new salon. She was so friendly, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me an absolutely fantastic haircut. I left feeling so happy with my hair! I’ll definitely be going back to Faith and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairdresser!
