Great location, clean and comfy. Amanda did an awesome job on my shag cut! Highly recommend.
Cut was choppy, uneven, and 6 inches shorter than what was asked for. Was given flippant responses of “it’s just hair” and “at least she can put it into a ponytail like she wanted” when expressed how upset we were.
I went to the Burlington Location to dye my hair. Kimberly is a good hair stylist. She really care about your hair. She makes sure you are satisfied with the service. I highly recommend her. James Joseph Salon has professional stuff. I highly recommend them.
