My wife Joanne and I have been coming to James Joseph Salon at the W every 6–8 weeks for the past 10 years, and it’s honestly something we always look forward to. Not quite sure where to begin...from the moment I walk into James Joseph at the W, I feel at peace. Raymond makes a point to make me feel that I am the only person (not just a client) in the salon. He can read on my face if I'd had a tough day and knows how to break the stress and remind me I'm in a place that is going to focus only on me. I had a great experience getting partial highlights with Brooke Zartarian! She is very thorough & patient. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their hair. She’s also skilled at cutting hair as well.
