I had a great experience getting partial highlights with Brooke Zartarian! She is very thorough & patient. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their hair. She’s also skilled at cutting hair as well.
This place is great - I've been going to see Melissa for over 4 years now (haircut), she does such a nice job and I appreciate her attention to detail. Definitely recommend!
