What an incredible company filled with wonderful people! After an awful experience next door at Avanti (the scheduled hairdresser blew off the appointment for my sister's wedding updo! the morning of her wedding!!!), I called James Joseph in an absolute panic. They jumped through every hoop I threw at them with grace and class. We go there 1.5 hours before the wedding and they did everything they could to ensure her day wasn't ruined. Glorified Super Cuts. I left another Salon (G20) because my stylist moved out of the country and I got 2 horrible haircuts by 2 different stylist, each costing>$100 with tip, despite extensive explanations provided of what I wanted. I will never go back
Natalija is a true artist. I saw her in a pinch for a color correction. She knew exactly what to do with no notice. She corrected my awful bleach blonde highlights and made them soft and natural. An amazing colorist and correction specialist. She also cuts my boyfriend's hair. Highly recommend.
