Mary Ramsey King I have been a client of James Joseph for over 13 years. He has given me the most amazing haircuts and color that there can be. I panic at the thought that there may come a time when i would be unable to have James for my haircut. He is truly a caring person and desires only the best for his customers.
Truly an experience worth having I have awfully frizzy, unruly, dry, curly hair---not once in my entire life did I leave a salon PROUD of my hair as I did when I left James Joseph's salon almost one year ago. Even though Hinsdale is nearly an hour's drive from my home, I am happy to make the trip to have him create hairstyles that work with my hair. An experience better missed!!! When one spends five hours and $250 at the salon for a cut and highlights, you expect to walk out looking better than you came. While the cut was good, I still had one inch dark roots. When I went back to have it fixed, I assumed there would not be charge. That was not the case. Instead, I was verbally insulted by the owner who believed I was trying to "take" them. James talks a great talk, but the results speak for themselves.
