This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:05pm. At 2 I went to the front desk and ask how much longer it would be before we would be seen. I was informed that they were short staffed. I am sorry but you know you are short staffed why are you booking that many appointments. Around 2:10 we were finally taken back and the technician did her workup and then we sat more waiting for the doctor to come in. Finally the doctor came in.
